My favorite blog was the having our say blog because I enjoy expressing my opinions and the great gatsby blog was my least favorite because I do not know any 1920s music and had to look hard for good ones. I put effort into writing the blogs I liked, but I did the minimum for those that I didn't because I just wanted to get them over with. No I don't feel like I learned anything from my blogs because they were normally just opinions on things we already knew about. I will be closing my blog at the end of the semester because I didn't feel that it was an overall enjoyable experience. I feel that it could be optional for extra credit but requiring it is not the best way to approach having a blog.

Great Gatsby Music
"The Charleston" by James P. Johnson
I would use this song because it symbolizes the parties that gatsby through all the time.
"It had to be you" by Isham Jones
I would put this song in the playlist because it symbolizes gatsby's love for Daisy and the fact he wanted her more than anything.
"keep on the sunny side" by the carter family
I feel this is a good representation of Gatsby's dedication in gaining Daisey back because he always had to stay positive and hope she would meet him again some day.
